🔁 Cancellations / Replacements:
1. Strictly no refunds after payment.
2. If you can't make it, let me know in advance so we can try to find other players so we maximise court usage.
3. If you want to find your own replacement, we need to vet the profile first to ensure player compatibility.
4. In the case that you cannot make it, your payment will go to our ball fund.
5. Organising these games takes time and effort, so we really appreciate everyone’s cooperation. Please respect the organisers and the group by committing responsibly—repeat last-minute cancellations will lead to being excluded from future games.

‼️Final note:
We organise these games for fun, not for profit—the fees simply cover the court rental and balls. The aim is to welcome more players into our core group and keep the games enjoyable for everyone. I have a very hectic day job, and and do not have the capacity to deal with irresponsible or unreasonable folks. I ask for understanding and responsibility from everyone who joins. Let’s keep things respectful, friendly, and supportive so each session is something we can all look forward to.
