• Payments may be made as long as slots are available. Once slots are full, URBAN RALLY reserves the right to close registration.
• No refund policy applies for cancellations made within 6 hours before the scheduled start time.
• Upon arrival at URBAN RALLY, please approach a UR staff member to register so we can include you on the queuing system.
Unpaid players must settle payment before playing.
• We use a coding system to identify players’ skill levels to ensure fair and balanced matchups.

WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By participating in any activity and using the facilities, equipment, and services of Urban Rally (“Facility”), I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in pickleball and other recreational activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, equipment failure, heat-related illness, and possible exposure to communicable diseases. I voluntarily assume all such risks, whether known or unknown.

2. Release of Liability

On behalf of myself, my heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue URBAN RALLY, including its owners, employees, agents, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates, from any and all claims, demands, losses, or liabilities arising from injury, disability, death, or damage to person or property in connection with my participation or use of the Facility, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

3. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless URBAN RALLY and its representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of my participation in any activity at the Facility.

4. Medical Treatment

In case of an emergency, I consent to receive medical treatment deemed necessary by Facility staff or emergency responders. I understand that I am responsible for all related medical expenses.

5. Photography and Video Release

I grant permission to URBAN RALLY to use photographs or videos taken of me for promotional or educational purposes without compensation.

6. Rules and Conduct

I agree to comply with all posted rules and regulations of the Facility and to follow the instructions of Facility staff at all times.
