📄 PARTICIPANT WAIVER & AGREEMENT

By registering for and participating in this Rally Society meet, I acknowledge and agree that:

1. Assumption of Risk: I understand that pickleball is a physical sport that involves risks, including slips, falls, collisions, muscle strains, and other injuries. I voluntarily participate and accept the inherent risks associated with the activity.

2. Health and Fitness: I confirm that I am physically fit to participate and will inform the organizers of any condition that may affect my safe participation.

3. Personal Responsibility: I agree to follow court rules, safety instructions, and the organizers' directions. I will use appropriate equipment and behave respectfully toward other participants.

4. Liability: To the extent permitted by applicable law, I accept responsibility for my participation and release Rally Society and its organizers, staff, and volunteers from liability for injuries, losses, or damages arising from ordinary risks of participation, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

5. DUPR Recording: I understand that my games and results will be recorded for DUPR rating purposes. I agree to provide accurate player information and follow the applicable DUPR rules.

6. Respect and Sportsmanship: I agree to maintain fair play, respect fellow players, and help create a safe and welcoming environment.

7. Organizer's Authority: I understand that the organizers may address unsafe or disruptive behavior and may remove a participant who fails to follow event rules.

By confirming my registration, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to this waiver.
