💸 PAYMENT: If you are already on the confirmed list, please send the payment to confirm your slot. If not you will be placed on waitlist. First to pay, first to secure the slot. Please advise also one of the admins if you are paying in cash.
⚖️ GAMES & ROTATION POLICY
To make sure everyone gets maximum playtime and keep the games moving smoothly, we’ll be using a two-phase system:
🕖 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM | PickleTickleQT
Organized queue system for structured and balanced matches.
🕘 9:00 PM – 11:00 PM | NORMAL STACKING + CHALLENGE COURT
Traditional paddle stacking will be used on the regular courts.
🔥 COURT 1 — CHALLENGE COURT
🕘 9:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Challenge Court games are played by Sudden Death to 7 points.
• First team to reach 7 points wins the game.
• 🏆 Win 7 Challenge Court games to win a prize!
• Players who are playing on the Challenge Court cannot stack or join the regular courts at the same time.
• Once you choose to play on the Challenge Court, please stay within the Challenge Court rotation until you’re done.
📌 THE GOLDEN RULES — REGULAR COURTS
🎯 Score Limit: Games are played to 11 points (Doubles).
⏱️ Time Limit: Maximum of 15 minutes per game to keep the rotation moving.
🔄 No Double Stacking: All players MUST rotate. No back-to-back games while other players are waiting.
