PAY-BEFORE-YOU-PLAY POLICY
1. Reserve your slot through Reclub.
2. Your slot is considered confirmed only after your payment has been received and verified.
3. Upload your proof of payment under the Payment Receipt tab for verification.
4. Slots are secured on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis.
5. Only players with verified payments will be included in the official player list and allowed to play.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS
• Registration does not guarantee a confirmed slot.
• Walk-ins are welcome only if there are still available slots.
• Paid slots are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another player for the same event. Payments may also be transferred to a different play date.
• Match assignments and pairings will be handled through a randomized queueing app and may vary depending on player availability and court conditions.
