✅ HOW TO JOIN

1. Submit your Join Request through Reclub.
2. Wait until your status shows WAITLISTED.
3. Once waitlisted, proceed with payment via GCash.
4. Send your Proof of Payment to the admin.
5. Your slot is officially confirmed only after payment verification and your status is changed to PARTICIPANT.

💳 STRICT PAYMENT-FIRST POLICY

* Payment is required to secure your slot.
* Only players with WAITLISTED status may proceed with payment.
* Your slot is NOT confirmed until payment has been verified.
* Unpaid slots may be given to other players.
* No payment = No confirmed slot.

🎾 INCLUSIONS

Your Open Play fee includes:

* Court fee
* Pickleballs

⚠️ CANCELLATION & ATTENDANCE

* No cancellation and no refund once payment has been made.
* No-show = No refund.
* Pasalo/slot transfer is allowed, but the admin must be informed before the session.
* The replacement player must follow the same Open Play rules.

⏰ ARRIVAL & WARM-UP

* Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled session.
* A 1-minute dink warm-up will be conducted before games begin.
* Once all players have completed their initial games, no additional warm-up games will be allowed.

🏓 GAME FORMAT

* Rotation via PicklerLobby
* No Fix Pairing
* Games are Race to 11 points. (Sudden Death)
* Serve is determined through Rock-Paper-Scissors.
* Players are expected to rotate fairly so everyone gets their scheduled playing time.

🔥 PLAY WITH COMPETITIVE SPIRIT

* Play hard, but play fair.
* No intentional mercy play—everyone is encouraged to play competitively.
* Respect is mandatory, regardless of skill level.
* No arguing, trash talking, or unsportsmanlike behavior.
* Decisions should be handled calmly and respectfully.

🤝 COURT ETIQUETTE

* Respect all players, organizers, and court staff.
* Practice good sportsmanship at all times.
* Return stray balls safely and only when it is safe to do so.
* Do not enter another court while a rally is in progress.

* Keep the playing area clean and organized.
