Balls will be provided by the organizers.

To secure your slot, please follow the following steps:

1. Send your payment through GCash Account Number 09194234813;

2. Send proof of payment to the session's Chat Section; and

3. Get ready to play.

Payments made are non-refundable but transferrable. However, the person who originally made the payment shall be the one responsible for contacting the organizer in transferring the slot to another player.

BEFORE JOINING, PLEASE READ:

Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver

Pickleball is a fast-moving sport that involves physical exertion, quick directional changes, and potential contact with balls, paddles, net posts, or other players.

By entering the court area and participating in this open play session, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

(A) Voluntary Participation: You are choosing to participate completely at your own risk;

(B) Inherent Risks: You understand that risks include, but are not limited to, slips, trips, falls, collisions, sprains, muscle strains, fractures, eye injuries, cardiorespiratory stress, and other similar occurence to the foregoing;

(C) Physical Condition: You certify that you are physically fit to participate and have not been advised otherwise by a medical professional; and

(D) Release of Liability: You release the organizers and The Sidelines, its staff, volunteers, and organizers from any liability, claims, or demands for personal injury, sickness, or property damage arising out of your participation.
