PAT & TAP PICKLEBALL CLUB invites you to our VERY FIRST OPEN PLAY! 🎉

This session is exclusively dedicated to BEGINNERS to LOW NOVICE ONLY!

No pressure. No need to be an expert. Just bring your paddle, energy, curiosity, and willingness to learn. Just make sure you know the court and scoring rules. We'll take care of the fun!

🎉 SPECIAL PERK: ENTRANCE FEE WAIVED!

Yes, ENTRANCE FEE is on us! Just meet these TWO requirements:

1️⃣ Be a PAT & TAP Pickleball Club member on Reclub.
2️⃣ Pay the ₱250 Open Play Fee and upload your payment receipt in the PAYMENT tab on or before November 8, 2026, at 11:59 PM.

⚠️ IMPORTANT REMINDER ⚠️
- BOTH conditions must be fulfilled to qualify for the entrance fee waiver. OTHERWISE, you'll need to pay the entrance fee directly to the venue receptionist.

🎒 WHAT TO BRING

- Bring your own paddle, non-skid court shoes, water tumbler, sports accessories, and other essentials. 🎾
- Optional (but preferred): high energy, good vibes, a friendly smile, and over-the-top enthusiasm. 😄
- Paddle rentals and drinking water are available at the venue 💧

🏟️ COURT ALLOCATION & GAME FORMAT

- Maximum of 10 players per court. 👥
- 1 court: Win-lose paddle stacking. 🏆
- Arrive and check in 10 minutes early to get settled, maximize our court time and avoid delays for everyone. ⏰
- 3-minute dinking before the game starts 🏓
- Games are played to 11 points, with NO DEUCE. First to 11, wins! 💪
- Fixed partners for the entire duration of the OP is not allowed 👥

📝 REGISTRATION POLICY

- Tap "Request to Join"
- All players who requested to join will automatically be added to the CONFIRMED list. ✅
- Unpaid players will be moved to the WAITLISTED list 48 hours before the OP begins. ⏳
- Waitlisted players will be confirmed to play only after payment. 💳
- DO NOT send payment if the meet is already FULL. 🚫

💸 PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

- Pay via GCash. Details available in the PAYMENT tab.📲
- Upload your payment receipt in the PAYMENT tab.🧾
- Once your payment is validated, you’ll be moved to the CONFIRMED list and officially become an OP participant. ✅

🔄 CANCELLATION POLICY

- All payments are FINAL. 💳
- If unable to join, inform the organizers at least 4 hours before the OP begins to be eligible for a refund. Otherwise, the OP fee will not be refunded. ⏰
- You may find a replacement, but you must inform the organizers who the replacement is. 🔁

Come as you are, even if you're still learning the difference between a dink and a drive! 😉
