3. Wait for host to verify and confirm your slot!

• No CANCELLATION or REFUNDS once your slot is confirmed.

• Your slot is transferable to another player. Please inform host in advance so we can update the player list.

• Refund requests may be considered only if the session is fully booked and you were unable to use your confirmed slot. All requests will be reviewed on a case by case basis by the organizers.

• No refunds for weather conditions, we will be rescheduling the date.
