• Payment First Policy – Your slot is only confirmed upon payment. NO CASH payments will be accepted. First paid, first served.

• Payment Proof Requirement – Players must upload their proof of payment in the designated payment tab to confirm their slot.

• NO-SHOW POLICY – Players who fail to show up without prior notice of the scheduled meet will forfeit their payment.

• If you can no longer attend, you may transfer or sell your slot. Please inform the host at least 6hours before the session so we can help you sell your slot.

• Arrive early to have more games! Latecomers tend to have fewer games.

To ensure you get assigned to matches and added to the game rotation, you must check in with an event host as soon as you arrive!

3 Steps to Get Playing:

1 Find the Check-In Desk: Head to the hosts at the table before going to the courts.

2 Get Added to the Queue: The host will mark you present in PicklrLobby to enter you into the active queue.

3 Wait for Your Court Assignment: Wait for your name to be called for your court and partner assignments!

Note: If you do not check in with a host first, the system will not add you to the match rotations.
