• 5mins warm-up before FIRST MATCH
• For fairness to all players, maximum of 30mins per match

• Friendly competition without unnecessary pressure.
• A welcoming environment for everyone to enjoy the game.

📌 IMPORTANT REMINDERS & GUIDELINES

1. Payment & Slot Confirmation 💸

• Payment must be settled once your status changes to Waitlisted, as instructed by the host.
• Please send proof of payment to the host through the designated channel.
• Your slot is subject to the meetup’s confirmation and payment rules. Being waitlisted does not automatically guarantee a confirmed slot.
• Please check the event details for the payment amount, payment method, and refund or cancellation policy before sending payment.

2. Arrival Time ⏰

• Please arrive at the venue 15 minutes before the scheduled meetup time.
• This allows enough time for check-in, warm-ups, and court preparation.
• Late arrivals may miss playing rotations or affect the schedule. Please inform the host if you’re running late.

3. Safety & Personal Responsibility ⚠️

• Tennis is a physical activity that carries inherent risks, including slips, falls, collisions, and other injuries.
• Participants are responsible for assessing their fitness, warming up properly, using appropriate equipment, and playing within their limits.
• Please inform the host of any immediate safety concerns and stop playing if you feel unwell or injured.
• The host is not responsible for injuries, accidents, loss, or damage to personal belongings arising during the meetup, to the extent permitted by applicable law. This notice does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

4. Respect & Court Etiquette 🤝

• Be respectful to everyone, both on and off the court.
• Observe proper tennis etiquette, including calling lines honestly and respecting other players’ points.
• No bullying, harassment, aggressive behavior, or unsportsmanlike conduct.
• Respect the venue’s rules, court staff, equipment, and other players using the facilities.
• Be mindful of playing time and rotation so everyone gets a fair chance to play.

5. Cancellations & No-Shows 📅

• Please notify the host 24 hours before the meet if you can no longer attend.
• Slot is non-refundable, but replacement-player can be arranged.

6. Good Vibes Only 😎

• This is a community meetup built around sportsmanship, inclusivity, and enjoying tennis.
• Be welcoming to players of different skill levels.
• Ask before taking or posting photos/videos of other participants.
