Registration Fee: 130 per player (PAYMENT FIRST POLICY)

ℹ️ Registration includes the following:
- 2 Courts
- 3 hours of organized open-play
- court rental
- pickleball ball use during the open play
- 📱 Game will managed via PickleQ for fair court rotations and balanced matchups.

🎾 Game Format
⭐ PickleQ will be used to ensure fair court rotations and balanced matchups throughout the entire game.
⭐ Mixed-level open play
⭐ Games are played to 11 points
⭐ Sudden Death
⭐ Court Switching after 6 points
⭐ No "play for serve" instead the starting server will be determined by Bato-bato Pick.
⭐ Participants call also request DUPR matches.

✅ Top 1 - Free registration open play next session/open play
🥒 Top 2 - 20% OFF registration fee

📌 Court Rules
1. Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may receive fewer games.
2. Respect every player.
3. Registration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE but TRANSFERRABLE to another player.
4. Waitlisted players will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment.
5. If rain occurs: The event will be cancelled due to weather before or during the session, players can choose either:
- full refund, or
- to transfer registration to the re-sched open play.
6. Players participate at their own risk. By joining the open play, participants agree that organizers, admins, and host shall not be held liable for any injury, accident, loss, or damage incurred during the event.
