Join us for a focused but friendly three-hour DUPR doubles session at Vantage Pickleball Courts! Enjoy organized court time, rotating partners and opponents, and competitive games with players within your assigned group.

👥 Only 16 players — two groups of eight.

With full attendance, each group will use both courts for one round, then rest while the other group plays:

🎾 Play → 😌 Rest → 🎾 Play → 😌 Rest

The organizer will manage rotations to keep games and rest as equal as possible. Late arrivals, temporary breaks, early departures or court delays may require adjustments to upcoming matches. Matches already started or completed will remain unchanged.

🟢 Group A: DUPR Doubles NR to 3.000

🔵 Group B: DUPR Doubles 3.001 to 3.499

Players will normally partner with and compete against players within their assigned group.

Group placement will be based on your current official DUPR doubles rating. NR players will be considered for Group A.

If your rating changes before the event, please inform the organizer so your eligibility and group placement can be reviewed.

Registration is subject to rating eligibility, completion of the membership requirements, available space in the correct group and payment confirmation.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes early for attendance checks and final group adjustments. Warm up before play; on-court warm-up before 9 PM is subject to court availability.

Our event booking covers two courts.

🎯 SESSION FORMAT

✅ DUPR doubles session
👥 16 players in two groups of eight
🔄 Rotating partners and opponents within each group
⏱️ Planned 15-minute round allocations, including court changeovers
📋 12 planned rounds
🎾 Up to 24 total matches if the session runs on time
🎯 Target: six games per player
📊 Realistic expectation: five to six completed games per player

With full attendance and an on-time session, each group will have six playing rounds, alternating with rest rounds.

Six games per player is a planning target, not a guarantee. Long rallies, attendance changes and court delays may reduce the number completed before midnight.

📣 Future sessions will also feature fixed partners, hybrid arrangements and other player configurations. Watch for upcoming announcements!

⏱️ MATCH SCORING AND TIME LIMIT

🏆 Games to 11 points, win by two, capped at 12.

Examples:

✅ 11–9: game ends
✅ 12–10: game ends
✅ 11–11: next scoring point wins, 12–11

Normal side-out scoring applies during regular play.

Each round has a 15-minute allocation, with approximately 13 minutes for play and two minutes for recording scores and changing courts.

📣 When the organizer signals the end of playing time:

• Finish the rally already in progress.
• If the score is unequal, the team ahead wins.
• If the score is tied, play one deciding rally.
• For that deciding rally, the next server follows the normal service order. Whichever team wins the rally earns one point and wins the match, whether serving or receiving.
• Record the actual final score and clear the court promptly.

The deciding-rally procedure is a special event rule that will be explained before play.

The timer follows the scheduled round start. A late start does not reset or extend the round.

Please retrieve balls promptly, avoid unnecessary delays and be ready when your match is called. Safety interruptions will be managed by the organizer.

💳 TRANSPARENT SHARED COST

The organizer is not making a profit from this event.

₱700 × three hours × two courts = ₱4,200

👥 Equal share:
₱4,200 ÷ 16 players = ₱262.50 per player

🏢 Separate Vantage facility fee:
₱100 per player, payable directly to the venue

⏳ GROUP APPROVAL AND PAYMENT DEADLINE

1️⃣ Complete the registration and membership requirements below.

2️⃣ Wait for the organizer to approve your eligibility and assign your group.

3️⃣ Once approved, you may pay. Your slot will be provisionally held for eight hours from the approval message.

🌙 The payment countdown pauses between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, Philippine time. The organizer will state your exact payment deadline in the approval message.

Approvals close to the event may have a shorter payment window, which will be stated clearly in the approval message.

4️⃣ Pay ₱262.50 and send your payment screenshot directly to the organizer through Reclub before your deadline.

5️⃣ Your slot becomes confirmed once the organizer verifies your payment and acknowledges your reservation.

⚠️ If payment and proof are not received by the stated deadline, your provisional slot may be released to an eligible player from the same group’s waitlist.

If you need extra time, contact the organizer before your deadline. An extension must be expressly approved.

Please do not pay before group approval or after your deadline without checking whether your slot is still available.

Your Reclub profile and DUPR identity must belong to the same player attending the event.

🚫 No borrowed accounts
🚫 No unnamed “+1” entries
🚫 No unapproved substitutes
🚫 No profiles that cannot be matched to the attending player

If your everyday name differs from your official DUPR name, tell the organizer before the event so your identity and results can be recorded correctly.

📈 DUPR RESULT SUBMISSION AGREEMENT

By joining, you agree that:

✅ All completed results eligible under DUPR’s submission requirements will be submitted, including both wins and losses.
✅ Players cannot selectively exclude an eligible result after playing.
✅ Results will be recorded against the correct official DUPR identities.
✅ The organizer will review identities and scores before submission.
✅ Genuine recording errors should be reported as soon as possible.

Please check your recorded scores carefully.

The organizer will confirm the submission eligibility of shortened, timed results before play and explain it to participants. Actual scores will always be recorded; scores will not be changed to make a game appear to have reached 11 points.

Results will be reviewed and submitted by the organizer after the session. Entering a score in the event app does not immediately submit it to DUPR.

💳 WITHDRAWALS, REPLACEMENTS AND REFUNDS

Your ₱262.50 payment reserves your place and contributes to the shared court rental.

If you need to withdraw, inform the organizer as early as possible through Reclub.

✅ A full refund of your ₱262.50 court share will be issued once an eligible replacement is approved, completes the registration requirements and pays for your slot.

⏳ Refunds depend on successfully filling your slot. Early withdrawal improves the chance of finding a replacement but does not automatically guarantee a refund.

⚠️ If no paid replacement is secured before the session begins, your court payment will be retained to cover your reserved share of the booking. This also applies to last-minute cancellations and no-shows.

👥 You may recommend a replacement, but the organizer must approve their eligibility for the same group and verify their registration. Please do not transfer your slot privately or send an unapproved substitute.

💸 Refunds will be returned within three days after the replacement’s payment is verified. The organizer will not retain two court payments for the same slot.

🏢 The separate ₱100 facility fee is paid directly to Vantage upon arrival. Any refund of a payment made directly to the venue is subject to its policy.

🤝 PLAYER COMMITMENT AND ETIQUETTE

Please join only if you can reasonably commit to the complete three-hour session.

🕣 Arrive by 8:45 PM.
🎾 Be ready to play at 9:00 PM sharp.
🕛 Plan to stay until midnight.
🙋 Inform the organizer immediately if you need a temporary break.
📩 Give early notice if you will arrive late or leave early.
↩️ Withdraw promptly if you can no longer attend so a suitable replacement can be invited.
🚫 No unregistered substitutes, walk-ins or unnamed “+1” players.
🤝 Respect your partners, opponents, venue staff and organizer.
👀 Make honest line calls and keep discussions calm.
⏱️ Help keep court changes quick.
💛 Bring patience, good sportsmanship and respect for every player.

An attendance change can affect the entire group’s rotation. Early notice helps the organizer keep both courts active and participation fair.

❤️ HEALTH AND SAFETY

Pickleball involves quick movements, sudden stops and changes of direction. Falls, collisions, injuries and other health risks can occur.

Please participate only if you are fit to play. If you have an existing medical condition, injury or health concern, seek appropriate medical advice before participating.

Warm up, wear suitable footwear, stay hydrated and take a break when needed. Stop playing and inform the organizer if you feel unwell or experience concerning symptoms. Seek medical assistance when necessary.

Participation is voluntary, and players acknowledge the inherent risks of the activity. Please take responsibility for your preparation, personal belongings and decisions during play.

When a group is full, additional eligible applicants will be waitlisted.

Replacements will be selected according to the group needing a player, rating eligibility and completed registration requirements—not solely their position on the general participant list.

✅ Your reservation is confirmed only after group approval, profile verification and the organizer’s acknowledgment of payment.
