🏓 HOW THE OPEN PLAY WORKS

We’ll be using a WIN/LOSE game format to keep the games competitive, fun, and moving! 🔥

Players will be matched with others at a similar skill level, so everyone can enjoy a fair and enjoyable game.

👉 Please be honest when selecting your skill level.
Your declared level will be used for matching, so choosing the level that best reflects your actual playing ability helps us create fairer, more balanced, and more fun games for everyone. 🧡

No pressure to play at a higher level — we’re here to have fun, improve, and enjoy the game together! 🎾

📝 HOW TO JOIN

1. Send your payment via GCash or BPI.
2. Upload your proof of payment in the Payment tab or send it in the group chat. Please do not send payment details via direct message.
3. Only PAID players will be confirmed. Unpaid players will be placed on the waitlist. Please do not send payment once all slots are full.
4. Once confirmed, you’re officially booked! 🎉

🚫 CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

• STRICTLY NO REFUND. However, you may sell or transfer your slot.
• If you can no longer attend, you may send a substitute to take your slot.
• Please inform the organizers in advance if you will be sending a substitute.

• Win/Lose format — games will be organized according to skill level.
• Fixed partners are welcome.
• Balls are provided.
• Paddles are NOT provided; rentals may be available at the venue.
• Please follow court rotation and host instructions.
• Most importantly, play fair, respect your fellow players, and have fun! 🧡

🏟 VENUE RULES

• No outside food or drinks allowed.
• No pets allowed inside the venue.
• Please keep the courts and common areas clean.
• Respect the venue, equipment, and fellow players.

By joining this Open Play, you acknowledge that pickleball is a physical activity with inherent risks, including injuries from falls, collisions, ball impact, or other accidents.

Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being and are encouraged to play within their physical limits and use appropriate footwear and equipment.

By participating, you agree that Dinkmates PH, its organizers, hosts, and volunteers shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or accident arising from participation in the event, except where caused by proven gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Participants are also responsible for their personal belongings and valuables.
