* Session fees will be charged to your monthly club account.
NON-MEMBERS
* RM10 per player per session.
* Payment must be made before your slot is confirmed.

Every Tuesday & Thursday
🕔 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
* Confirm your attendance and complete payment (for non-members) by 3:00 PM on the day of the session.
* KOMBES payment counter closes at 4:00 PM.

2️⃣ The host will verify your membership and move your status to CONFIRMED.

🎫 HOW TO JOIN – NON-MEMBERS

🌸 FIRST TO PAY, FIRST TO PLAY! 🌸

1️⃣ Click [Request to Join] on Reclub. DO NOT PAY YET.

2️⃣ The host will move your registration status to WAITLISTED.

3️⃣ Once your status is WAITLISTED, make the RM10 payment.

4️⃣ Upload your payment receipt in the session Chat.

5️⃣ Once payment is verified, the host will move your status to CONFIRMED.

🎉 CONFIRMED = YOUR SLOT IS SECURED!

🚨 IMPORTANT REMINDERS
* Non-members secure their slots only after payment has been received and verified.
* Payment is subject to slot availability.
* DO NOT MAKE PAYMENT if the session is FULL and your registration remains under ON HOLD.
* Being WAITLISTED does not guarantee a playing slot. Payment confirmation is required.

❌ CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

PLAYER CANCELLATION
* A cancellation freeze applies 2 hours before the session starts.
* No refunds for cancellations within the 2-hour freeze period or for no-shows.
* Players may arrange their own replacement, subject to host approval.
* If no replacement is arranged, the session fee remains payable.

🚫 NO-SHOW = NO REFUND

HOST CANCELLATION
(Including bad weather or insufficient players)
Players will be offered either:
* A full refund; OR
* A credit carried forward to the next session.
