This is a Beginner Drilling Practice Session - perfect for players new to pickleball or rated below 2.5 (Self-rating / DUPR) who want to develop control, coordination, and rhythm before moving on to game-style drills or match play.

✅ Focus on core fundamentals → footwork, paddle control, hand–eye coordination, and consistent contact

✅ Drills for every essential stroke → serve, return, dink, volley, and simple rally patterns

✅ Franklin X-40 balls (50 pcs) used → same quality as official tournaments

⚠️ Important Notes:

This is a drilling practice, not a coaching or training class. The focus is on repetition, consistency, and rhythm, not learning new techniques.

If you’re new to pickleball or unsure of your form, we recommend attending a coaching session first to learn the correct posture and stroke mechanics — that way, your drilling becomes much more effective and builds good habits.

Only for players rated below 2.5, or those just starting out and aiming to develop solid fundamentals.
