When registering, please inform the host whether you are a BEGINNER or INTERMEDIATE player. This helps us arrange the sessions and match players according to their skill levels for a better playing experience.

❌ Request / Reservation: No payment required yet.
⏳ Waitlist: Payment is required only after your slot is confirmed.
✅ Confirmed Slot: Once payment is completed, your spot is secured.

💰 CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Please take note of our refund policy before making payment:

🕐 24 hours or more before the session: 80% refund
🕐 12 to less than 24 hours before: 60% refund
🕐 8 to less than 12 hours before: 40% refund
🕐 Less than 8 hours before: No refund
