Join us for pickleball open play sessions.
This booking page on Reclub is temporary while we prepare to launch our official app that will enhance your booking and playing experience. For the meantime, you can use this platform to reserve your spot and enjoy great games with fellow players.

Courts: 1-3 courts
Format: Doubles, Side out scoring up to 11, win/lose

Tela Park Open Play Guidelines

1. Registration & Payment

* Tap REQUEST TO JOIN.
* Full payment is required to confirm your registration.
* Payment receipts must be posted in the Payment tab. Failure to do so may result in an unconfirmed slot.
* Please do not pay if the OP schedule is full, otherwise your payment will be credited to other schedule and will not be refunded.
* Payment receipts for Plus One participants must be posted in the designated Open Play Group Chat. Failure to do so may result in the participant's slot not being confirmed.
* Open Play (OP) credits cannot be used for training classes.
* Walk-in Players: Walk-in registrations are subject to slot availability.
* Strictly NO CASH PAYMENTS.
* Payment must be made only to the designated account.

2. Member & Non-Member Registration

* Active Tela Members: Eligible to join Open Play and use their open play credits, subject to slot availability.
* Non-Members / Active Players: May register and pay in advance. Slot confirmation will be provided up to 5 days before the scheduled Open Play, subject to availability.

3. Refund & Rescheduling

* Refund, cancellations made more than 12 hours before the scheduled Open Play are eligible for a refund.
* Rescheduling requests must be made at least 6 hours before the scheduled Open Play, are subject to slot availability, and are limited to one reschedule per booking.
* Payments received after the Open play registration cutoff will be automatically applied for reschedule.
* A player can only reschedule and use their OP credits within 15 days of their original signup date.

4. Forfeiture

* Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the scheduled Open Play, no-shows, and emergency situations will result in the forfeiture of the slot and payment.
* No refunds, credits, transfers, or rescheduling will be provided for forfeited bookings.
* Players are encouraged to reschedule and utilize their OP credits within this 15-day period, as any remaining payment will be forfeited after that time.

5. Code of Conduct

* Unsportsmanlike conduct, abusive behavior, or failure to follow facility rules may result in immediate removal without a refund.

Wear proper court shoes and comfortable sportswear.
Tela Park, organizers, venue management, and participants are not liable for injuries or illness.
Participate with care.
