* Players are expected to play respectfully and maintain a friendly, sportsmanlike environment.

#### 💰 PAYMENT POLICY

* **PAYMENT FIRST POLICY**
* **₱100 per person.**
* Payment must be made first to confirm your slot.

* After payment, send your proof of payment in the Reclub chat for verification and slot confirmation.
* Once the session is full, additional players may be placed on a waitlist.
* If you can no longer attend, please inform the admin as early as possible so your slot can be offered to another player.

#### 🏓 FAIR STACKING — PICKLEQ

* **PickleQ** will be used to manage player rotation and stacking.
* Players should follow the queue generated by PickleQ.
* Do not manually choose or repeatedly request specific partners/opponents.
* The goal is to give everyone a fair opportunity to play with and against different players.
* Please be ready when your name is called to avoid delaying the rotation.

#### 🔄 COURT ROTATION

* Games will follow the Open Play rotation managed through PickleQ.
* Players coming off the court should return to the queue as directed.
* Avoid occupying a court beyond your assigned rotation when other players are waiting.

#### 🤝 SPORTSMANSHIP

* Respect all players regardless of skill level.
* Keep games friendly and competitive.
* No arguing over calls, excessive criticism, or behavior that disrupts the session.
* When in doubt, replay the point and keep the game moving.

#### 💁 ADMIN’S CALL
