✅ PAYMENT FIRST
Your slot is confirmed once payment is made. Please send your proof of payment through chat.

✅ NO REFUNDS
Paid slots are non-refundable. If you can’t join, you may give your slot to someone else. Just let us know who will take your slot.

✅ NO PARTNER NEEDED
You can join even if you’re coming alone. Players will be matched and rotated during the games.

✅ ROTATE AFTER EVERY GAME
Players will rotate after each game so everyone gets a chance to play with different people.

✅ GAME BALLS PROVIDED
Jokiks will provide the balls for the games.

🏓 PADDLE RENTAL AVAILABLE
Need a paddle? You can rent one from Jokiks.

🕘 COME 10 MINUTES EARLY
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of Open Play for check-in and game briefing.

🤝 PLAY FAIR & BE RESPECTFUL
Be a good sport. Respect other players, follow the queue, and help keep the games fun for everyone.

🌧️ RAIN / CANCELLATION

If rain or other issues stop us from playing, we may move the session to another date or give a **credit for a future Open Play**.

If no game has started, you may transfer your slot to the next Open Play or get a full credit.

If games have already started, the credit or new schedule will depend on how much playing time was completed.
