• Once moved from “requested” to waitlist, please arrange payment promptly

• Unpaid slots may be released to the next player

Prompt payment helps us plan the session more effectively. If something comes up and you’re unable to make it, we offer free cancellation with a full refund as long as you inform us more than 24 hours before the game — this helps keep things fair on both sides.

🏓 Open to Upper Beginners & Intermediates
• Level 1: Ground Court
• Level 2: Challenger Court
• Level 3: Kings Court
•. Level 4: Champion Court

‼️‼️Players will be assigned to different courts for the first round based on their DUPR ratings.

🛑 🟢Game Format
• Play to 15 points (rally scoring, sudden death)
• 4 in / 4 out rotation
• Winning team moves up one level ⬆️
• Losing team moves down one level ⬇️
• Switch partners after every game

Please strictly follow the format to ensure smooth flow and maximum fun for everyone!

Indemnity & Participation Agreement

By registering for and participating in any The Dinkback Crew event, you acknowledge and agree that:
1. Participation is entirely at your own risk (pickleball is fun, but accidents can happen).
2. The organizers shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or accident sustained during the event.
3. You confirm that you are medically fit to participate and agree to stop playing immediately if you feel unwell or injured.
4. You agree to follow all event rules, court rotations, and instructions given by the organizers to ensure fair play and safety for all participants.
5. You consent to photography and videography taken during the event, which may be used by The Dinkback Crew for social media, marketing, and promotional purposes without compensation.
