• Players initially placed on the WAITLIST must complete payment to confirm their spot.
• After paying, upload your proof of payment in the event chat for verification.
• Once verified, your name will be transferred from the WAITLIST to the PARTICIPANTS list.
• Only players with confirmed payments will be included in the official participant list.
• Slots are secured on a FIRST PAID, FIRST CONFIRMED basis.
• Registration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE, but slots may be TRANSFERRED to another player.
• All slot transfers must be coordinated with the organizers.
• Unpaid reservations may be released to other players on the waitlist.
• STRICTLY NO WALK-INS.

🏁 GAME FORMAT
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
• Players will be organized and matched using PickleQ to create balanced games, smooth rotations, and plenty of playing time for everyone.
• Each game will be played to 11 points.
• At 10-10, the next point wins the game.
• Make fair and honest line calls.
• Be welcoming and supportive toward players.
• Respect your opponents, partners, and fellow players. Good sportsmanship comes first.

By registering for and participating in this event, players understand that pickleball is a physical activity and involves the possibility of injury.
