Training Theme 2 of 4 — GET TO THE KITCHEN🔥

This is not coaching and not social play.

I’ll facilitate the session, manage the drill flow, rotations and pace — while training alongside everyone.

🟢 HOUR 1 — DROPS
• Practice forehand and backhand drops from deeper court positions
• Challenge accuracy with target zones and consistency goals
• Apply it in live transition play, working your way toward the kitchen

🔵 HOUR 2 — RESETS + TRANSITION
• Practice absorbing pace and resetting the ball softly into the kitchen
• Challenge control from different transition-zone positions under pressure
• Apply it in live play where the goal is to neutralise and advance

🦶 Optional Footwork — 7:30–8:00pm
Subject to court availability.

🏓 Main Training — 8:00–10:00pm

🎯 For: Approx. DUPR 2.5–3.5
Players who can already rally, serve and return, and want more purposeful reps and consistency.

🚨 Not suitable for complete beginners.

Bring: Paddle, water, towel + growth mindset.

🚫 CANCELLATIONS

There are no cash refunds.

If you can no longer attend, please give at least 48 hours’ notice so we have time to find a replacement.

If your spot is successfully taken by another player, your payment will be carried forward as JEDI club credit for a future session.

If no replacement is found, the session fee will be forfeited.

If the session itself is cancelled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, your payment will automatically be carried forward as club credit.
