Once you accept the invitation, please settle your payment immediately to secure your slot. Unpaid slots may be moved down to the waitlist.

First-to-pay basis.
No advance payments while in REQUESTED status.
DO NOT send payment if slots are FULL.
No walk-ins.

📌 CANCELLATION POLICY
All payments are non-refundable but transferable. Should you need to cancel, you may arrange a replacement from the waitlist, or join our next open play session. No-shows are not eligible for refunds.

🔄 Open Play Format:
- PickleQ app will be used to rotate partners and opponents for each game
- First server determined by Rock, Paper, Scissors
- Winner serves straight to 0-0-2
- Race to 11 points only (no win-by-2)
- Warm-ups limited to 1 minute maximum

🏆 TUESDAY RALLY FINALE

For the final 30 minutes, the current highest-ranked eligible players on PickleQ will be selected for a special Final Four championship match.

The four players will be seeded into two teams:
1 & 4 vs. 2 & 3

🔒 WHAT IF THEY'RE LOCKED-IN PARTNERS?

If qualifying players are part of a locked-in pair, the partners will be separated and placed on opposite teams for the finale. This means locked-in pairs may still qualify based on their PickleQ ranking, but their locked-in partnership will not carry over into the championship match.

The goal is to keep the finale competitive while giving our regular open-play format a fun end-of-session challenge.

🏆 The winning team will receive a special token as our Tuesday Rally Finale Champions!

We will still recognize the Top 3 players based on the PickleQ rankings with our usual podium photos. Winning the finale does not change the individual Top 3 rankings.
