This Open Play is for Beginner and Novice women players who want to play, meet new people, gain more court experience, and be part of A³’s first-ever Open Play.

This session is for:

🟡 Beginner — 2.00–2.25
🟢 Novice — 2.25–2.75

Please register according to your actual playing level so we can keep the games enjoyable and balanced for everyone.

⚠️ OPEN PLAY POLICIES

• No Refunds
Open Play payments are non-refundable once your slot has been confirmed.

• Slot Transfers
If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your slot to another eligible Beginner/Novice woman player. Please inform A³ ahead of time so we can update the player lineup.

• Late Arrivals
Please arrive before the scheduled start of Open Play. Late arrival may affect your place in the rotation, and missed playing time cannot be extended beyond the scheduled session.

• Power Interruptions / Brownouts
Open Play will continue during temporary power interruptions as long as the courts remain adequately lit and safe for play.

If a power interruption makes the courts unsafe or unplayable, A³ may temporarily suspend play.

If the session cannot reasonably continue due to a prolonged power interruption, A³ will determine the appropriate arrangement for the unused portion of the session, which may include rescheduling or play credit.

No compensation will be provided for brief interruptions that do not materially affect the Open Play session.

• Proper Court Attire
Proper athletic/court shoes are required. Slippers, sandals, and barefoot play are not allowed on court.

• Players Only on Court
Only participating players are allowed inside the court area. Companions and non-players may stay in the designated waiting areas.

• Court Courtesy
Please observe good sportsmanship, respect the PickleQ queue and rotation, and help keep the courts safe and enjoyable for everyone.

🚫 NO OUTSIDE FOOD & DRINKS

Out of respect for our partner café, Bean Awake Café, outside food and drinks are not allowed inside A³ Active District.

Personal water tumblers are welcome. 💧
