01 | 📝 REGISTRATION & CHECK-IN

1️⃣ Submit a join request through ReClub while registration is open and slots are available.

2️⃣ Once approved, you’ll be placed on the Waitlist pending payment.

3️⃣ Complete your payment and upload a screenshot of your receipt under the Payment tab to secure your slot and be moved to the Confirmed List.

4️⃣ Upon arrival, kindly check in with the Queue Master before joining the games.

🚫 NO WALK-INS

All participants must register through ReClub. Once all slots are filled, registration will be closed. Additional players will not be accommodated at the venue.

02 | 🔄 CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Cancellations and refund requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled playtime. Requests beyond this period will no longer be accommodated.

03 | 🎾 COURT ETIQUETTE

◆ Be welcoming and respectful to everyone. Good sportsmanship always comes first.

◆ Games will follow a rotational queue system to give everyone a fair share of court time.

◆ Late arrivals must check in with the Queue Master and wait for their turn.

◆ Be mindful of court time and fellow players. Let’s keep the games fun and organized for everyone!

• Participation is voluntary and at each player’s own risk.

• Players acknowledge the physical demands and potential risks associated with pickleball.

• The Picklrs Society organizers, event hosts, and venue management shall not be held responsible for injuries, accidents, lost belongings, or damage to personal property during the event.

• Please ensure that you are physically fit to participate and take the necessary precautions while playing.
