Open Play Guidelines

• Slots are confirmed only through the official group chat / page / Reclub app
• Walk-ins are allowed depending on slot availability
• Slots are first come, first served
• Once full, additional players will be placed on the waitlist
• Payment is required before the deadline to secure your slot
• Payment deadline: Wednesday
• No refunds, but slots are transferable
• Unpaid slots may be given to players on the waitlist
• Please cancel at least 2–3 hours before your schedule so we can inform the next player
