🌧️ Weather Policy

Our reserved courts are indoor basketball courts. However, there is a possibility that water may spill onto the playing area
(if there is heavy rain), which could make the floor slippery and potentially cause injuries to the players. It may also result in delays, as the wet floor would need to be properly dried before play can safely resume.

Refunds will be calculated based on the remaining unused time.

Please Note:

• Refunds will only be given to players who are present at the venue when play is officially stopped due to rain.
• If it's raining in your area but the courts remain playable, no refund will be issued.

By joining this open play, I acknowledge that pickleball involves physical activity and the risk of injury. I agree to play responsibly, follow court rules, and take responsibility for my own safety and belongings.

I release the organizers, venue, and staff from liability for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the event.
