🕘 9:00 AM – 12:00 NN | FUNDAMENTALS TRAINING

✅ Proper grip, ready position, and basic footwork
✅ Serve and return of serve
✅ Forehand and backhand groundstrokes
✅ Dinks, volleys, and basic net play
✅ Court positioning and movement
✅ Repetitive drills to develop consistency and control

🥤 12:00 NN – 1:00 PM | QUICK SNACK & REST

Recharge, relax, and get ready for the second session!

🔥 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM | SKILLS APPLICATION & GUIDED GAMEPLAY

✅ Practice the first 5 shots of a rally
✅ Learn basic doubles positioning and movement
✅ Understand scoring and serving rotation
