This is to avoid no shows. Your understanding is appreciated.
If your plans change we are happy to refund your payment if you cancel 24 hours before meet.

- No-shows: Results will be submitted as a 0–15 loss.

- Matches are generated via Reclub—be ready when scheduled. 1-minute warm-up, rally scoring, first to 15, no deuce (win by 1). Rotating partners.

- Scores will be uploaded to DUPR within 24 hours.

- To finish within 2 hours, organizers may adjust scoring and/or number of rounds as needed. Thank you for your cooperation.
