📌 📌 Tickleball Club Open Play Guidelines

• Payment Policy:
Participation is strictly on a payment-first basis. Only fully paid players will be included in the confirmed list.

• Cancellation Policy:
A 24-hour cancellation freeze applies prior to the scheduled play time. No cancellations will be accepted within this period.

• Slot Transfer:
Players may sell or transfer their slot to another player before the 24-hour cancellation freeze.

• Rescheduling:
Rescheduling to the next session is allowed only before the 24-hour cancellation freeze.

• STRICTLY NO SHOW, NO REFUND
• NO WALK-INS ALLOWED to maintain an organized and balanced schedule.
