🎾 1 Hour Casual Tennis @ Makati sports club

Hi everyone! 👋

I created this open play because I've noticed that many people want to play tennis, but finding an available court can be difficult, especially after work hours when most courts are already booked.
I know some people can only play after work, so I wanted to provide an opportunity for everyone to enjoy tennis, even if it's just for one hour.

🎾 ABOUT THE SESSION

4 players maximum — you'll have the entire court for 1 hour.
I'll be your host and organizer, but I won't normally be playing.
1–2 ball boys will be available during the session.
I'll provide the tennis balls, but feel free to bring your preferred balls if you have any.
You're free to decide how you want to play, whether it's friendly games, sets, or rotating matches. Just coordinate with one another!

💳 PAYMENT & SLOT CONFIRMATION

Once you're tagged as WAITLISTED, you may send your payment via GCash to secure your slot.
After paying, please send your GCash payment receipt either in the group chat or through a private message to me.
Once I've verified your payment, I'll move you to the confirmed/open slot list. Your slot is only secured once your payment has been verified.
Payments are non-refundable for player cancellations or no-shows.
If the session is cancelled due to rain or another unforeseen issue, everyone who has paid will receive a full refund.
Please make sure you're available before paying. Thank you for understanding!

🚗 ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Since the session will be held at Makati Sports Club, I need to provide the guard with your details beforehand.
Once your payment is confirmed, please send me a private message containing:
Full name
Car plate number, if you're bringing a car
When you arrive at the venue, please notify me so I know you've arrived.

🤝 LAST-MINUTE CANCELLATIONS

I understand that unexpected things happen. If one player has to cancel at the last minute and we're left with only 3 players, I'll happily step in as the fourth player so you can still enjoy a doubles game, whenever I'm available to do so.

📌 COURT ETIQUETTE

Please arrive on time so everyone can maximize the full hour.
Respect the venue, its staff, and your fellow players.
Coordinate with the other players regarding scoring, rotation, and game format.
Please behave responsibly and represent the group properly. I want to keep this opportunity available for everyone, so please don't do anything that could jeopardize my access to the venue.

🎾 WHY I'M ORGANIZING THIS

The goal is simple: give more people a chance to play tennis when court availability is limited, especially those who can only play after work.
I'm here to organize the session and make it easier for everyone to get on court. I hope you enjoy the games, meet fellow tennis players, and have a great time!

See you on court! 🎾🙌
