1. Active DUPR account linked to Reclub required.
2. All matches will be recorded to DUPR.
3. Maximum of 24 players for 3 courts (up to 8 players per court).
4. STRICTLY NO WALK INS

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for ratings to be submitted and reflected in DUPR. Matches undergo manual review by our DUPR Manager prior to posting. Thank you for your patience.


💰 Payment Policy

1. GCASH OR BANK TRANSFER ONLY
2. Please wait to be Waitlisted before sending payment.
3. Send payment receipts directly to the specific Open Play chat room—not the main club chat.
4. Payments are non-refundable. Slots are transferable for the same date only.
5. No-shows forfeit payment.



‼️ Game Rules & Equipment

1. NO FIXED PAIRING • NO SPECIAL REQUESTS

2. Please play honestly and respect the rotation system so all players receive equal game time.

3. At least one player from each pair must agree on and confirm the final score.

4. 1-minute warm-up BEFORE your FIRST GAME ONLY.

5. Play to 11 points, sudden death (no win-by-2).

6. Provided ball: X Ace Pro 40 (1 ball per court). You may bring personal balls for warm-ups.



Ball Return Policy: Please leave all provided balls on court or return them to the front desk after play. Courts are under CCTV monitoring; unreturned balls will result in restriction from future sessions.
