💳 Pay to Play — Your spot is confirmed once payment has been completed. Please upload your proof of payment through the designated payment tab so our admins can verify your slot.

🙌 Payments are Final — Once your payment is confirmed, it is considered final and non-refundable. Please make sure you’re available before securing your slot.

👥 Limited Slots — We have a set number of players per session to keep games moving and make sure everyone gets plenty of playing time.

📲 Booking & Registration — All reservations should be made through Reclub. Please avoid sending DMs to reserve a slot so we can keep everyone’s registration in one place and avoid missed bookings.

🚫 No Payments Once Full — Please do not send payment once all slots have been filled. All payments are non-refundable. Paid slots can be transferred but it will be the player’s responsibility to make the needed arrangements.

🏓 Paddle Stacking System — This is an open play session, so expect to play with different players and partners throughout the session. Please be ready to rotate and play with everyone!

🤝 Keep It Friendly & Fair — We’re here to play, improve, and have fun! Please respect your fellow players, practice good sportsmanship, and keep the games welcoming for everyone regardless of skill level.

⏰ Be On Time — Please arrive a little early so we can get everyone checked in and start games on schedule. Late arrivals may need to wait for the next available rotation.

❤️ Play Safe, Have Fun — Warm up before playing, stay hydrated, and let the host know if you need assistance. Most importantly, enjoy the game and help us create a fun and welcoming pickleball community!

🔥 Let’s Play! — Bring your paddle, your game face, and good vibes. See you on the court!
