1. REQUEST TO JOIN
Send a Join Request on Reclub first before making any payment.

2. PAY VIA GCASH or BDO
Once you’ve requested to join and confirmed that there are still available slots, pay your fee via GCash or BDO:

Please DO NOT PAY if the schedule is already FULL. Payment does not guarantee a slot once the session is full, and we cannot guarantee an immediate refund.

3. UPLOAD YOUR PROOF OF PAYMENT
Go to the PAYMENT tab of your chosen schedule and upload your payment screenshot/proof. Make sure your name is included.

Once your payment is verified, you will be moved to the CONFIRMED LIST. ✅

⚠️ CANCELLATION & CREDIT POLICY

ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Your payment may be converted to CREDIT for your next visit only if:

🌧️ Management Cancels the Session
The schedule is officially cancelled by management, such as due to bad weather.

⏰ You Cancel at Least 1 Hour Before
Inform management at least 1 hour before your scheduled session to have your payment credited toward your next visit.

Late Cancellation / No-Show:
If you cancel less than 1 hour before the session or do not show up, your payment will be forfeited to cover your reserved slot and cannot be refunded or carried over as credit.
