1. 30 Minutes Dinking
(a) 10 minutes : 2 balls half court dinking
(b) 10 minutes: Forehand Cross Court Dingles
(c) 10 minutes Backhand Cross Court Dingles

2. 30 Minutes Volley and Drop Reset
(a) 10 minutes: Butterfly Volley Drill – Forehand to Backhand Once and Backhand to Forehand Once
(b) 10 minutes: Team A Drop & Team B Volley / Reset
(c) 10 minutes: Team B Drop & Team A Volley / Reset

3. 20 Minutes Driving and Dropping
(a) 10 minutes: Team A Drive once Drop once; & Team B Feed once reset once
(b) 10 minutes: Team B Drive once Drop once; & Team A Feed once reset once

4. 20 Minutes: Serving and Return
(a) 10 minutes: Team A Serve & Team B Return
(b) 10 minutes: Team B Serve & Team A Return

5. 20 Minutes: Game Time 🎉
