📌 Registration & Payment
1. Request to join through Reclub.
2. Wait until you are waitlisted.
3. Once waitlisted, you may proceed with the payment.
4. Strictly upload your payment receipt in the group chat for verification.
5. Your slot will be officially confirmed once your payment has been verified.

⚠️ Important Reminders
• First Paid, First Served. Limited slots only.
• Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable once confirmed, except in the event of cancellation due to unfavorable weather.
• Lock-in requests are allowed but must be made before the games start. Once approved, the lock-in will apply for the entire open play.
• Please arrive at least 5–10 minutes early for check-in and warm-up.
• Bring your own paddle, water bottle, towel, and positive energy! 💖
• Help us maintain a friendly and respectful environment on and off the court.

Weather Policy: As this is an outdoor court, weather-related cancellations will be refunded pro-rata based on unused playing time. 🌧️
