1️⃣ Request to join through ReClub.
2️⃣ If the meet is already full, DO NOT PAY YET.
3️⃣ If you are placed on the waitlist, you may now settle your payment.
4️⃣ Once payment is made, upload your proof of payment in the Payment tab so we can confirm and track it.
5️⃣ Check in upon arrival and get ready to play.

✅ Games are played up to 11 points only.
✅ Select your honest playing level to help us create fair and competitive matchups:
🟢 Beginner • 🟡 Novice • 🔵 Low Intermediate • 🟣 High Intermediate • 🔴 Advanced to help us create fair and competitive matchups.
✅ No food or drinks on the courts (water is allowed).
✅ Wear proper non-marking court shoes.
✅ Follow the ReClub queue and wait for your turn.
✅ Play with respect and good sportsmanship.

⏳ Waitlist Policy
• Full session? You'll automatically be placed on the waitlist.
• Once promoted from the waitlist, payment is required to secure your slot.
• Unpaid slots may be released to the next player.

🚩 Cancellation Policy
• Cancel at least 4 hours before the session.
• Payments are non-refundable.
• Eligible cancellations will be converted into WH3 game credits.
• No-shows and late cancellations will forfeit the slot and payment.
