Category: no beginners, strictly for intermediate/advanced Intermediate only

10 minutes Dinking ( per 1 set 30-50 times)
10 minutes dinking- speed up vollying ( per game of 11 points)
10 minutes dropreset and transitions ( per 1 set 20 times)
10 minutes serving and returns ( 100% must be in, low balls, drives or dropreset returns )
Then reinforced social games applying skills from drill sessions. Suitable for prep on DUPR sessions and typical tournament enviroment.
