Volleyworld: C/B Tuesday Men’s Net Volleyball

HOW TO JOIN
To join the event, please do both:
1. Request to join the open gym
2. Pay through the website: https://www.vexvolleyball.com/open-gyms

Cost: $10 per player (individual/free agent)
Cancellations within 24 hours are not refundable.

RULES AND FORMAT
• Please know basic 5–1 rotation.
• Net will be men’s height.
• 1 main court for games + half court for warm-up/short court.
• Guaranteed minimum of 4 sets.
• Skill ratings are based on NAGVA guidelines.
• Games will start 20 minutes after the event begins to allow for warm-up and introductions.
• If someone is not able to maintain the required skill level, they may be asked to join the lower division in the future to ensure fair and safe play for everyone.

BYOT RULES (BRING YOUR OWN TEAM)
If you have a full team:
1. Ensure all teammates have requested to join.
2. Post your team roster in the event chat.
3. Pay for the whole team via Venmo/Zelle in one transaction.
4. Post in the chat that you paid and send a payment screenshot to the host.
5. Once confirmed, you will be assigned as team captain and can confirm/assign your team color.

If you have an incomplete team, you will be considered a free agent.
Free agents may message others on the requested list to fill their roster.

If you have a small group you want to stay with, message the event chat so a cohost can help.

Team requests can be honored up to 1 hour before the event. After that, placements are not guaranteed.
