💚 ₱300 per person

🙌 HOW TO JOIN

1. Request to Join
Click “Request to Join” on the event page.

2. Check the Chat Box
Once you request to join, check the event chat box for the payment QR code and payment instructions.

3. Send Your Payment
Send the ₱300 participation fee using the provided QR code.

4. Upload Your Receipt
After payment, upload your proof of payment/receipt in the chat box for verification.

5. Get Approved! ✅
Your slot will only be considered secured once payment has been received and verified.

⚠️ FIRST PAYMENT, FIRST SLOT

Requesting to join does not automatically reserve your slot. Slots will be confirmed on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis.

🎾 OPEN PLAY FORMAT

* We will have 3 pickleball courts available.
* Open Play will run for approximately 7 hours, from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
* Each court accommodates 4 players at a time.
* Once a game finishes, the next group of players will rotate onto the court.
* Please be mindful of everyone waiting and help keep games moving so everyone gets a chance to play.

🏆 GAME SCORING

* Games will follow standard pickleball scoring.
* Race to 11 points.
* No deuces. First player/team to reach 11 points wins the game.
* Once the game ends, players will rotate and the next group will take the court.

💧 FOOD & FELLOWSHIP

Your ₱300 fee includes:

💧 Drinking water – provided by the club
🍽️ Food – the club will be serving food during the event
🤝 Fellowship & community – because we’re here to play, connect, and grow together!

If you’d like to bring additional food or refreshments to share with everyone, you’re more than welcome to do so! ❤️
