• Strokes & Techniques - Forehand, backhand, serves, returns, volleys, dinks, and other essential shots
• Footwork & Positioning - Proper movement and court awareness
• Guided Drills - Practice to improve technique and consistency
• Coached Gameplay - Apply your skills in actual games with coaching and feedback
