Open Play Guidelines
• Players will be matched according to the event format and skill level.
• Match schedules and rotations will be managed by the organizers.
• Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the event for registration and briefing.
• Good sportsmanship and respect for fellow players are expected at all times.

WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By registering and participating in this event, you acknowledge and agree that:
You are voluntarily participating and understand that pickleball involves inherent risks, including physical injury or accidents.
You confirm that you are physically fit to participate and assume full responsibility for your own health and safety.
You release and discharge Vista Paddle Club, its organizers, staff, volunteers, and affiliates from any liability, claims, damages, or expenses arising from your participation.
Any medical expenses resulting from injury or accident during the event shall be the sole responsibility of the participant.
You agree to follow all event rules, court regulations, and organizer instructions to ensure a safe and enjoyable event for everyone.
You grant Vista Paddle Club permission to use event photos and videos for promotional and marketing purposes.

By submitting your payment, registering, or participating in this event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms stated above. No physical or electronic signature is required.
