📌 1. REGISTRATION & CONFIRMATION

- Register through Reclub to secure your slot.
- Only confirmed players are guaranteed a slot.
- Please cancel your RSVP in advance if you cannot attend.
- Strickly no walk ins
- Please arrive 10–15 minutes before the scheduled time.


💰 2. PAYMENT POLICY

- All expenses will be equally shared among confirmed participants.
-Payment Deadline: Payments must be settled on or before Nov 2,2026 (Monday)
- Fees are non-refundable for no-shows unless otherwise announced.
- Do not send payment if your slot has not been confirmed.


🏓 3. GAME ROTATION

GAME ROTATION & QUEUEING SYSTEM
- All game rotations and player assignments shall be managed through the PickleQ App (mode: Club Wars)
*Club Wars mode- Every match is Group A vs. Group B — no same-group matchups.
- Participants must follow the game queue and match assignments generated by PickleQ.
-Everyone is expected to respect the system and maintain fair play and smooth game rotation.

🎾 4. GAME FORMAT
-Bato bato pick
- Games are played to 11 points
Sudden death (Not win by 2)
-Each game shall start with 1 minute of dinking as a warm-up.
- Keep games moving so everyone gets enough court time.


🤝 5. SPORTSMANSHIP & COURT ETIQUETTE

- Respect all players, regardless of skill level.
- Be honest with line calls and respectful during disagreements.
- No trash talk, bullying, or unsportsmanlike behavior.
-Keep the courts clean and take care of your belongings.


🛡️ 6. SAFETY FIRST

- Warm up before playing.
- Call “BALL!” if a stray ball enters the court.
- Avoid entering another court while a rally is ongoing.
- Stop play immediately if someone is injured or there is a safety concern.


📣 7. IMPORTANT REMINDERS

- Check the event details on Reclub before attending.
- Observe the maximum player capacity.
- Participation is at your own risk; play responsibly and follow venue safety rules.
