💳 OPEN PLAY PAYMENT & SLOT POLICY

To keep our Open Play sessions organized and ensure that every player has a secured slot, payment must be completed before your reservation can be approved on Reclub.

Please upload your payment receipt in the Payment tab to confirm your slot.

Once your payment has been confirmed, your slot will be officially secured. This policy helps us prevent last-minute cancellations, no-shows, and confusion regarding the official player list.

Walk-ins will only be accepted if there are still available slots on the actual date and time of the Open Play. If all slots are already filled on Reclub, walk-ins will not be accommodated.

For walk-in players, cash payment will be accepted at the venue.

📌 CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Cancellations and refund requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled event.

Requests made less than 24 hours before the event will not be eligible for a refund.

🔥 ONLY 28 SLOTS AVAILABLE — SECURE YOUR SLOT NOW!

Bring your game, enjoy the rallies, and let's make another unforgettable night on the court! 🏓💙
