-Cancellations are only allowed at least 1 week for this event only to make time for us organizers to look for other players
-If you need to cancel, you must find someone to take your slot then you will be refunded if payment is already made
-Refunds will only be issued also if weather conditions do not permit play and the court becomes unplayable.
