Players under Request are not yet confirmed. Please wait for your status to be updated before making any payment.

‼️ WAITLIST STATUS — YOU MAY PAY
Players moved to the Waitlist may pay only if slots are still available and after receiving confirmation/instruction from the organizers.

1. 💵 PAYMENT METHOD

🔹 GCash ONLY. No other payment methods will be accepted.

🔹 After payment, please upload your payment receipt under the Payment tab or send it directly to the designated Payment Collector/Admin.

🔹 For Plus-One payments: Please upload the receipt with BOTH PLAYERS’ FULL NAMES clearly indicated.

🔹 If you have already paid and uploaded your receipt, then decide to add a Plus-One later, DO NOT upload the same receipt again. Please send the additional payment receipt directly to the admins, as uploading another receipt may overwrite your original payment record.

2. ✏️ SLOT CONFIRMATION

🔹 A slot is considered CONFIRMED ONLY AFTER PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED AND VERIFIED.

🔹 If your status is still REQUEST, PLEASE DO NOT PAY YET.

🔹 CONFIRMED = PAID & VERIFIED ✅

3. 📝 WAITLIST POLICY

🔹 Players under Request must NOT make any payment until they are moved to the Waitlist and instructed by the organizers.

🔹 Once notified that a slot is available, players on the Waitlist must pay promptly to secure their slot.

🔹 Unpaid waitlist slots will NOT be held and may be offered to the next available player.

🔹 If the event is already FULL, please DO NOT SEND PAYMENT. Message the admins privately so we can add you to the waitlist.

4. 💲 REFUND & TRANSFER POLICY

🔹 ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

🔹 Payments may be TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER PLAYER, subject to organizer approval.

🔹 Please notify the admins as early as possible if you need to transfer your slot.

5. 📋 CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

🔹 NO CANCELLATION IS ALLOWED WITHIN 24 HOURS of your scheduled play time.

🔹 Failure to attend or a NO-SHOW will result in FORFEITURE OF PAYMENT.

6. 📌 GENERAL OPEN PLAY RULES

🔹 By joining the SIDE-OUT Pickleball Club Open Play, all players acknowledge and agree to follow the terms, policies, and guidelines stated above.

🔹 Pickleballs are provided for the open play. Please leave the ball on the court after each game so it can be used by the next group.

🔹 We provide ONE BALL PER COURT. However, players are encouraged to bring their own pickleballs as backup, just in case.

7. 👫 STACKING POLICY

🔹 Double stacking is NOT allowed.

🔹 Players may NOT team up with the same partner for more than THREE (3) consecutive games, except when playing a rematch.

🔹 The goal is to keep games fair, balanced, and enjoyable for everyone.
