* Locking Your Slot: Being on the waitlist does not guarantee a slot. Only players who have uploaded their receipt are officially confirmed.
* 24-Hour Rule: Unpaid slots are automatically given to the waitlist 24 hours before the game. No cancellations or refunds within 24 hours of playtime.
* No-Shows: Failing to show up forfeits your slot and payment.
* Slot Transfers: Payments are non-refundable. If you must give up a paid slot, you can only transfer it to the first person on the waitlist. Coordinate this in the “Event Chat”.
* Attendance & Playtime: The longer you stay, the more games you get. Late arrivals or early departures mean fewer games.
* Court Care: Clean up after yourself on the courts and in the bathrooms. Use the trash bins.
