EVENT SCHEDULE

- 5:00 PM – Registration Opens
- 5:30 PM – Program Starts
- 6:00 PM – Games Begin

I. TOURNAMENT FORMAT

1. The tournament is open to all municipalities.

2. A total of 24 pairs will compete.

3. The tournament will follow a non-gender category format.

4. Partners will be randomly drawn.

5. Players may compete against opponents regardless of gender, including female players competing against male players.

6. The tournament will use a double-elimination format, allowing each pair two losses before elimination.

II. SCORING SYSTEM

A. Elimination Rounds

- Matches will be played using the standard 15-point scoring system.
- If the score reaches 15–15, sudden death will apply at 16 points.

B. Finals (Championship)

- Matches will be played using the standard 21-point scoring system.
- If the score reaches 21–21, sudden death will apply at 22 points.

III. DEFAULT RULE

- A maximum grace period of five (5) minutes will be allowed for late players.
- If a player fails to arrive within the allotted grace period, the pair will automatically forfeit the match.

IV. REGISTRATION FEE

VII. SPECIAL AWARD VOTING MECHANICS

1. All registered players are eligible to vote for their chosen candidates for the special awards.

2. Players may vote for themselves or for other participants.

3. Every registered player will have an equal opportunity to participate in the voting.

4. Winners will be determined based on the total votes received for each award.

VIII. GENERAL REMINDERS

- All participants are expected to arrive on time and follow the tournament rules.

- Players are encouraged to wear their best Halloween costumes and participate in the festivities.

- All participants are expected to demonstrate sportsmanship, respect, and fair play throughout the tournament.
