• Confirmed ReClub members are expected to arrive within the first hour of Open Play.
• Walk-ins may be accepted starting at 8:00 PM if a confirmed ReClub player has not arrived.
• If you do not show up and do not inform us, your confirmed slot may be dropped and given to a walk-in player.
• If you know you can’t make it, please click “Can’t Go” at least 3 hours before the meeting time so someone else can take your slot.
